How does verification work?
We check whichever credential applies to you — a licence if your trade needs one, a business registration or EIN if it doesn't, or two vouches from members who know your work. A person checks every application; it's not automatic.
Do I need a licence to join?
No. Plenty of trades don't require one — pressure washing, handyman work, cleaning, junk removal — and plenty of members are crew working for someone else. We only ask for a licence when a specific job legally requires it, and then only from the people bidding that job.
What does it cost?
CrewVet is free to join — the network, feed, DMs, groups, job board, and your profile don't cost anything. A $30/mo flat Pro plan adds homeowner leads and directory placement, and you can cancel any time.

We're live in Knoxville, Tennessee now, with more markets rolling out.
Where do homeowner leads come from?
Homeowners submit project requests directly through CrewVet — anything around the house, from a shingle wash to a full remodel. Each request is checked against the licence rules for that kind of work, then routed to verified Pro members who actually offer that service in that market.
Is my customer info private?
Yes. Leads routed to you are yours — we don't resell the same request to a stack of competitors, and your DMs and customer details aren't visible to other members.
